About Trabelo

The people who actually build it.

No pitch team, no account layer, nothing outsourced. Three people who do the work themselves, and who have shipped products under their own names with their own money at stake. On a small-business website you deal with one of us start to finish.

Why Trabelo exists.

Good businesses lose work every week to worse ones with better websites. The reason usually isn't budget — it's that the honest quote for a decent site starts around £1,500 and takes three months, so the job never gets done. Trabelo removes the overheads that produce that number: no office, no account managers, no sales commission, and AI tooling doing the parts of the build that are repetitive rather than skilled. What's left is the work itself, priced at what the work is worth. That is £395 — and you see the whole thing finished, working and clickable before you pay a penny of it.

Who we are

The people behind the work.

Aidan Fry

Founder · Web & mobile

Eighteen, Sheffield, and the person you'll actually deal with. Runs every website build start to finish — the audit, the demo, the code, the launch and the updates afterwards. There is no account manager to go through and nothing gets farmed out.

Started Trabelo after auditing dozens of local business sites and finding the same thing over and over: owners paying for websites that were quietly invisible to Google, and nobody had ever told them. Hence the order of operations — real numbers first, a working demo second, an invoice a distant third.

Works on
  • Website rebuilds for businesses anywhere
  • Free Google audits — speed, accessibility and search
  • BayoFit — sport-specific fitness app, in development

Jason Fry

Commercial lead

Founder of Eko19 and Head of Commercial at Doncaster City FC. Thinks in ROI, not pixels — brings commercial strategy, client discovery and project scoping to the bigger builds. Has been the client, which changes everything.

Built
  • Eko19 — 30-page Next.js energy platform
  • AI B2B lead generation system
  • Energy opportunity scoring engine
  • Doncaster City FC fundraising platform

Barney Fry

Full-stack developer

The builder in the room on the larger projects. Turns complex requirements into clean, scalable systems — frontend and backend, API integrations, QA and deployment. Has shipped real founder products under his own name.

Built
  • Pareto Zone — fitness SaaS with Garmin integration
  • Pocket Studio — AI photo platform with billing

To be precise about who does what: on any website build — Starter, Business or Platform — you're dealing with Aidan directly from first message to launch, and nobody else touches it. Jason and Barney come in only on custom platform work at £2,500 and above, and you'd be told exactly who is building which part before agreeing to anything. The practical upshot is that a £395 site gets built to the same engineering standards as projects worth a hundred times that, because they're the same standards and the same people setting them.

How we work

Four rules we don't break.

Most agencies have never shipped a product with their own money at stake. We have — Pareto Zone, Eko19, Doncaster City FC, BayoFit are real businesses with real users, not portfolio pieces. Having been the client changes what you're willing to do to one.

You see it before you pay

A real working site on a live link, not a mockup, a proposal document or a slide deck. Click through it on your own phone. If you don't like it you've lost the two minutes it took to send me a web address, and I've lost a day — which is my risk to take, not yours.

Fixed scope, fixed price, no hourly billing

Projects get priced, not hours. You know the exact number and exactly what's in it before a line of code is written. If I underestimate the work, absorbing that is my problem — it never turns into a revised invoice at the end.

We'll tell you not to buy

If your site is already fine, if a cheaper tier does the job, or if what you need is something we don't do — you get told, for free, in writing. Losing one £395 job costs less than being the outfit that talks people into work they didn't need.

You own all of it

The code, the domain, the hosting account and every login are in your name from day one. Nothing is held hostage, nothing requires a monthly payment to stay online, and if you ever want to move it elsewhere I'll help you rather than make it difficult.

On AI, openly: AI tooling is used throughout the build — to write, review and test code alongside a person, never instead of one. It's stated plainly because it's the reason a full demo takes two days rather than three weeks, and because the honest version of that saving is a lower price rather than a bigger margin. Every line still gets read, tested and signed off by whoever's name is on the job.

Where we work

Wherever you are. It genuinely does not matter.

The whole process is built to work remotely, and always has been. Audit, demo, revisions, launch and every update afterwards happen over email or WhatsApp — so a client three streets away and a client three time zones away get exactly the same service, the same turnaround and the same price.

Most of the work behind this site never needed a single face-to-face meeting. If you would like one and you are nearby, that is fine too — but it has never been a requirement, and distance changes nothing about what gets built or what it costs.
